Upon booking your appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service fees on the day of your appointment. The deposit only secures the time of your appointment. However, if you cancel or reschedule before the 48-hour window (see cancellation policy), you will not lose your booking deposit, which will apply to your future, rescheduled appointment. There are no refunds for booking deposits.
A 48-hour notice is required for all brow appointment cancellations or reschedulings to avoid forfeiting your booking deposit (see booking deposit). You may reschedule an appointment up to 2 times before you forfeit your booking deposit.
Rescheduling an appointment before the 48-hour window will ensure your booking deposit transfers. However, if you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show. If you book another appointment, an additional booking deposit will be required.
Promotional rates will not be guaranteed if the service is not done within the specified timeframe.
There will be no refunds for any services done. However, if you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Forms of Payments accepted: Venmo, Zelle, Cash, and Credit Cards. A 3% fee will apply to all credit card transactions.
